ARCHITECT

Kent’s role as Project Architect at studio951 includes working with the Project Designer and Project Managers to document the building’s design for construction.  These tasks include review of the project for compliance with local building codes, quality control and material research.  During the design process, he works with the building owner and design team to find constructible, aesthetic solutions that meet the needs of the client.

Kent has 23 years of experience in numerous types of projects that include K-12 education, collegiate education, commercial office, financial institution, healthcare, medical office, behavioral health buildings, and campus master planning.  He also has experience in all phases of project design, development, construction, and working with building code officials.  Kent has in-depth experience with contracts and Construction Administration.
