John’s role as Construction Administrator for studio951 includes representing the firm at pre-construction meetings and construction site visits; issuing field observation reports; reviewing submittals; responding to requests for Information (RFI); issuing Architect’s Supplementary Instruction (ASI) and Field Directives; reviewing contractor’s application for payment; identifying deficient items to assist owner with development of Punch List and resolution of deficient items.

30 years of experience as Construction Administrator for numerous types of projects that include, Commercial (corporate office, data center), Mixed Use, Residential, Educational, Public (libraries, museums), Hospitality (casino, hotel), Sports, Medical / Laboratory.

Extensive experience with, Specification Development and Review, Bid Review and Contractor Recommendation, Quality Assurance, Estimating.
